Odoo: Pros and Cons
Performance: Python is renowned for its ability to efficiently handle large and complex software applications. Even Google uses Python in its search engine. Programs built with Python have the advantage of being usable by multiple users simultaneously.
Customizable: The ERP's features can be individually tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of a business.
Flexible: New features can be added at any time.
Easy to learn: Many functionalities are intuitive. Additionally, there are plenty of guides and tutorials available online to help users get started with the software. Alternatively, we offer remote or on-site training for your staff, provided by our specialists.
Cost-effective: It stands out for its high economic efficiency. For several months now, costs are charged per user instead of per module.
Work from anywhere: As a web-based software, you can access and work on your program from any location.
Online support: If you have any questions, our online support is available to assist you at any time.
No software on the market offers only advantages. Odoo also has some drawbacks, which we explain below:
Potential need for customization: Odoo offers a wide range of modules and features, but even a well-designed and mature software cannot cover all possible requirements. For this reason, customization is necessary. This tailored development may involve certain initial costs but contributes to reducing long-term operating costs.
Costly implementation: Do you need assistance with implementation? IT service providers often have high hourly rates, which can make system installation and customization relatively expensive.
Few available providers: In some markets, there are currently limited providers offering Odoo as a complete package that includes installation, programming, and training.
Demand for Python developers: Although Python is a widely used programming language, this also means there is a high demand for Python programmers, making it challenging to find specialists.
More users, higher costs: If many employees in your company need to use Odoo, this can lead to higher costs since it is priced per user.
Conclusion:
One of the main advantages of Odoo is that its standard features can be expanded with additional modules, allowing the ERP to perfectly adapt to the specific needs of a company. This results in a high cost-benefit ratio, clearly justifying the investment in this software solution.

Our Key Milestones
Odoo Partner Agency - Our Journey
We have been in the market for many years and proudly refer to a long list of successful projects. Below, you'll find more information about our team of experts and the key milestones in our company's history.
Foundation of NetzExpert
Our journey began in 2004 with the creation of NetzExpert, a sole proprietorship driven by big visions.
CeBIT 2007
In 2007, during CeBIT in Hannover, the world's largest information technology trade fair, Russia was the partner country. Under the theme "Collaboration Between Russia and Germany," I had a booth alongside more than 100 companies and once again realized that an individual business can compete with giants like Microsoft and be taken seriously.
The German-Russian collaboration in the IT sector was highlighted, with Russia presented as BITKOM 2007’s partner. The aim was to draw the attention of the German ITC industry to the numerous opportunities the Russian market offers and the advantages of cooperating with Russian companies and research organizations.
It was a great honor for me and my young company to be mentioned alongside major competitors and to prove that a small business can achieve as much as the big players. What remains essential to me, then and now, is not to take pleasure in the failures of other companies but to learn from their mistakes and draw lessons from the successes of larger enterprises.
A Teaching Position
In 2009, we took on a teaching position in "Electronic Business" at the Welfen Akademie. The focus was on online marketing, SEO, and SEM, allowing students to benefit from our extensive expertise in these fields.
CeBIT 2010
Under the theme "Connected Worlds," Spain was the partner country of CeBIT 2010. My activities at this event focused primarily on Joomla, an open-source content management system (CMS) widely used for creating websites. It was the first time Joomla was showcased at this fair.
The audience was diverse, ranging from beginners getting familiar with the topic, to users who had successfully adopted the system, and professionals who mastered Joomla completely. It was also an international audience, with visitors not only from Germany but also neighboring countries, the United States, and Asia.
What intrigued me most were the innovative discussions that raised many questions but also provided solutions. Topics ranged from minor issues, quickly resolved with a bit of CSS, to more complex questions about extensions and deep technical aspects of the system.
The spirit of collaboration between developers and marketing specialists was evident in the evenings, after CeBIT closed its doors. We gathered for communal dinners where we analyzed feedback, shared experiences, and discussed the insights collected.
2010 to Present
Odoo Agency - From 2010 to Today
Since 2010, we have embraced the "all-in-one" principle, both internally and in collaboration with numerous outsourcing agencies. We believe this approach is essential to ensure the success of our clients.
Through our comprehensive solutions, we provide you with numerous advantages and simplify the achievement of your business goals.
